  • How can I track my shipment?
    Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a UPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order's shipment status. UPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At this time, we accept payment via Paypal.
  • How quickly will my order ship out?
  • Our processing time is usually 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 5-7 business days within the US. International orders are shipped via UPS and can vary in delivery times depending on the location. UPS International shipping is available to select countries. All shipping options will be shown at checkout.
  • There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
