Refund and Return Policy

We take pleasure in our product and our workmanship. We do not accept returns because of buyer’s error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. we will give a full refund or send the replacement at no charge, If having any defects or errors on our part such as:

– The product you received is not as description

– The print quality is poor

– The product is flawed

Please email us at [email protected], provide a photo of the product you received along with the one you order. We need these information to look into a replacement as well as prevent future errors. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement at our expense or will giave you a full refund if you do not want to receive product.

For all other requests please email us at [email protected] Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Please be noted that we only accept return of items if they meet all of following conditions:

– Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment

– In original condition

– Unwashed and Unworn

– In the original packaging
